INDUSTRIES / EQUIPMENT INNOVATORS
Food Service & Catering
From the prep kitchen to the place you serve.
Catering and food service teams need equipment that fits the menu, the load, and the destination. Equipment Innovators offers transport refrigeration, refrigerated trailers, and food-handling accessories to help organize deliveries and support cold storage at the service location.

PRODUCTS FOR YOUR OPERATION
Equipment that fits the job.
01
omnicube® transport refrigeration
Configure refrigerated, frozen, or cooler storage inside a truck body or cargo van. Available sizes and layouts allow you to plan temperature-sensitive food storage alongside the dry supplies and equipment needed for each delivery.
02
omnichill® refrigerated trailers
Bring additional refrigerated or frozen storage to an event or use it for restaurant overflow and backup capacity. Trailer sizes and loading options can be matched to the load, with shore power planned at the destination.
03
Food trays and cooler accessories
Nesting omnipak™ trays organize food loads and reduce the space taken by empty trays. Reusable omniice® packs offer another cooling option for compatible cooler applications. Review tray dimensions and cooling requirements when selecting the combination.
PLAN YOUR CONFIGURATION
Plan for the service day, from load-in to pack-out.
Start with the menu and load
List the foods being transported, their required holding temperatures, and the number and dimensions of trays or containers. Keep chilled, frozen, and dry storage needs separate in the plan.
Consider access at the venue
Review parking, unloading distance, loading height, and delivery timing. A trailer placed at the site and a refrigeration compartment used on a delivery route serve different needs.
Include power and turnaround
Plan the electrical supply for a parked omnichill trailer and the charging arrangements for the chosen omnicube® system. Allow for loading, cleanup, and preparation before the next assignment.
Let’s plan your solution.
Share your menu types, container sizes, delivery schedule, vehicle details, and any event or overflow-storage requirements. Include available electrical service so we can discuss a configuration that fits your operation.
